I’m Indrajit Roy Choudhury. For four decades I’ve been the person banks and companies call when a critical system must be upgraded, a programme has stalled, or a digital idea needs to survive contact with regulators.

I’ve led Tier‑1 core banking upgrades across Finacle, Equation, and Temenos. I’ve taken corporate clients in Iraq from branch queues to fully digital, mobile‑first banking. At Shandz Group, I implemented a stalled Odoo ERP and now apply that operational discipline to finance and enterprise platforms. My advisory work includes digital banking assignments with Deloitte and Xaid.
